A Search For The Needle session is either a farm block or a search block. Mixing them at random feels busy and strips less volume. This planner turns the needle odds table into a tonight-or-not decision. It does not invent a magnet. It does not promise a five-minute win. It tells you whether the next twenty minutes should buy pickup or stare at straw.

You should already know the loop from getting started. If you cannot sell hay, this page will only scare you with arithmetic. Measure first, then pick a block, then play the block without reopening the wiki every click.

Step 1 — Measure hay per second

Stand on a dense face. Collect for 60 seconds. Count hay gained. Divide by 60. That is r for this shop, this device, this crowd. Vendor walks do not count in this minute — we want pickup rate, not a fantasy average.

If r is about 1, you are still on default tap. Farm. If r is 5 or better, you may search after one more cheap collection rank. The odds page lists full-clear clocks at 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, and 50 hay per second. Pick the nearest lower row so you overestimate time.

Friends only raise r when they strip a different face. Two people on one slope are still one r. Measure again on separate walls if you brought a party. Playstyle splits are on playstyles.

Step 2 — Read the clock honestly

Full-clear time is 1,000,000 / r seconds. The needle can appear on pick 1. Expected value is not a worst case. It is the budget you use so a viral clip does not become your plan.

Use the clock like this:

• Clock longer than you will play this week — farm. Buy the next pickup rank from upgrade path. Do not “just look harder” on default stats.
• Clock in hours, you have one evening — one farm block, one search block, stop.
• Clock in hours, you have a weekend — two or three rotations. Sleep between them. Tired eyes miss metal.
• You already bought two collection ranks today — search even if the clock is still ugly. Shop addiction is not a plan either.

Lucky first finds happen. They do not rewrite the table. If you found the needle last night in four minutes, congratulations. Tonight you still measure r.

Step 3 — Pick tonight’s template

Twenty-minute solo. Claim the login gift if the Daily Rewards panel is visible in your session. Farm ten minutes. Buy a cheap collection rank if you can. Search one face for eight minutes using how to find the needle. Leave. That is a complete session.

Claim-only weekday. Panel, one sell cycle, one rank if affordable, logout. This will not win the hunt this week. It keeps the shop moving so weekend r is higher. Do not call it a search day.

Weekend search. Measure r first. If you are still near 1–2 hay/s, the weekend is a farm weekend. If you have moved down the odds table, run 10–15 minute farm / 8–12 minute search rotations and stop when the camera gets sloppy.

Voice party. Assign walls before you click. One farm block together, one search block on newly exposed straw, then reassess. If the server is a 20-player slope pile, hop before you “plan.” A planner cannot fix crowding.

Step 4 — Spend rules during the block

• Daily streak gold, when it exists on screen, goes into collection the same day.
• Promo codes, when the codes hub has a real string, also go into collection.
• Cosmetics wait. Early movement waits unless you are the runner. The skip list is what to skip.
• Do not recast r after every straw. Recast after a shop buy or a server hop.

If the next rank costs more than a focused farm block will earn, stop buying and search. The needle can sit in a pocket you have not stripped. A maxed shop with zero search time is a tycoon habit, not a hunt.

Step 5 — Stop rules

Stop the session when:

• You finished one farm and one search, and the clock still says days — you did the honest work.
• You cannot tell straw from UI chrome — camera or graphics problem, fix controls another day.
• Chat is louder than clicking — hop or mute, do not “plan harder.”
• You are about to open an injector because the table hurt your feelings. Read scripts if you insist, then remember a banned account has r = 0.

The planner’s job is to keep you from lying. A million hay is supposed to take a while. Upgrades exist to move you down the table. Search blocks exist so the needle can actually be seen. Pick one, play it, close the wiki.

When hay count changes in the Roblox description, the denominator changes and this planner changes with it. Until then, budget against 1,000,000 pieces and one needle. That is the whole tool.
