This tier list ranks jobs in the Search For The Needle Upgrade Shop. Exact item names change when the Roblox experience patches, so a screenshot ranking would lie by next week. The ranking below is stable: anything that increases hay processed per minute is high, anything that only changes your avatar is low.

Ranking rules
- S — Directly multiplies hay per action or pickup radius. First money always goes here.

A — Economy
Cash per hay and faster sell interactions. Economy is how you afford the next S rank. It is not how you find the needle by itself. Players who max sell first and ignore radius walk pretty numbers to a still-tiny pickup.
B — Movement
Walk speed, jump, maybe a coil. Buy when the shop is far from the working face or when you are the group’s runner. Do not buy movement because another tycoon trained you to.
C — Gimmicks
Anything labeled luck, sense, highlight, or auto. Only buy after you read the tooltip twice. A fake luck stat that does not change spawn logic is a cosmetic in disguise. A real highlight would be A, but we will not invent one.
D — Cosmetics
If it does not mention hay, cash, or speed, it is D. Trails look good in screenshots and do nothing to 1,000,000 straw.
